Dr. Martha Gutierrez Ochoa is responsible for Orbit and Oculoplastics at the Méndez Lasik Institute. She finished her residence in Ophthalmology at the Mexican Institute for Social Security (IMSS, for its acronym in Spanish) in Puebla, Mexico.

Her two-year subspecialty in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in orbit, eyelids and lachrymal ducts was conducted at the Fundación Hospital Nuestra Señora de la Luz, one of the most prestigious ophthalmology centers in Mexico and Latin America. She achieved honors amongst only three graduates in her class. She’s also a member of different societies and associations in Mexico.

Because of her medical specialty and abilities, Dr. Gutiérrez assists her patients in the cities of Tijuana, Tecate, Mexicali and Mexico City.
